How early does Disney Transportation start running?

We are staying at POP and have a 7:00am breakfast at Chef Mickey's.
I'm afraid that we will stand in front of POP waiting for the bus and one will never come because it's too early!! Should I worry??

That is a little tight, but you can make it. There will be buses to the Magic Kingdom starting at 6:30 am. Be out at your bus stop by 6:15am. Tell the bus driver you have breakfast at the Contemporary. They might be able to take you directly there. If not, get off at the Magic Kingdom and walk over to the Contemporary. Even if you are a few minutes late you will still be seated.

WOW YOU ARE GOOD. I can't even imagine having breakfast that early. LOL We did an early one at CP once and it was about 8ish or so....and it was great to finish breakfast and then be right there close to all the action when the park opens.
