I made my ADR call at 6:59 for my Aug. 20-25th dining dates, was told the call would take 10 mins. Okay, I can do that.
I got an agent, told her my dates, and she said she has to transfer me to the right agent. Now it says "over 30 minutes."
Are you KIDDING me??? I call a minute early and this is what happens??? How early do I need to call to get helped in 15 minutes or less. This is ridiculous-- Disney needs to put on more staff during the free dining period. Has it always been like this? During free dining or any other time? We've never done the DDP, but still, don't people agree that this is a bit nuts?

This makes me screaming mad, because I obviously DID not call then. The next agent will probably get a (polite!) peace of my mind on this. If I don't get my choices (the restaurants, could care less about the times), I will DEFINITELY say something...
