When making plans for breakfast in a park (CP, Tusker, etc) what time do they open in relation to the park opening? One hour earlier, two? Or does it vary from park to park?

I believe it's an hour earlier than regular opening for every park. What I mean is this... if the park opens at 9am, the restaurants open around 8am (8:05 or 8:10 actually). If there is early EMH and a park opens at 8am, the restaurants still only open at 8am.

I know for a fact that the first seatings available at CRT, CP, and Tusker are between 8am and 8:10am. I don't know however, what the first seating is for the breakfast at Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. I believe it's the same though.

Thanks! Also, do you know if it is just CP and CRT are the early ones or does the Plaza do it as well? I only that they do lunch and dinner but someone had mentioned breakfast too.

I am almost completely certain that the first seating at every restaurant is 8:05.

Parks generally open at 9:00, but they open earlier during holidays, or if they have morning EMH.

I don't mean to hijack the thread - but let's say I get an 8:00 am reservation at GP, what time should I be at the entrance to MK by? I'm more interested in getting some photos without the crowds than the character breakfast!

I'm assuming you mean Crystal Palace, right? You could get there as early as you want really. We took the first bus we saw that morning around 6:40am and after dropping people off for Chef Mickey's, we got to the entrance of MK around 7am. There were already people there, some for early ressies and some there just for regular park opening at 9am. When we went there was no one checking names off for ressies. There were two lines to enter through the turnstyles for early ressies. Once you went through there, everyone was in one line by the strollers. A little bit after that they let us into the park (I want to say around 7:45am). Some people went to take pictures, some went to check in at CRT, and some went to check in at CP.

Hope this helps give you at least some idea!

They will let you in about 10 to 15 minutes before your ADR. There is a special entrance, I think its on the far right.
