DS12 and I are planning on hitting DC on our trip down in October. How early do I need to book the package? I'm still fine tuning the schedule for our week, but I don't want to miss out.
The website also shows a 10 % discount for booking 60 days in advance.
Boy did I get lucky, I've never been to DC and after being extrordinarily lucky at booking last minute at WDW Dolphins in Depth (maybe I just have angels looking after me ) I have been looking at DC info all over the place, when I went to their website yesterday there was PLENTY of open dates for all inclusive/Dolphin swim the better part of July. Today I looked to book and there were NO available dates...I took a chance and called their phone number, sure enough the website didn't show that there were still 3 days available for July. I booked July 13th for the Twilight Discovery. Sounds awesome I am so excited my point being though book it NOW !!
The 10% only applies to certain dates and our dates in October don't qualify. October used to be considered off season, but I guess that is a thing of the past. We're paying regular season rates for POP as well.

Sorry about that Marsha...well I still say book it ASAP. So you're going to POP, I see you've been there before. I was there for the 1st time last Oct/Nov 50's building 1st floor near the pool I will probably always stay there when staying on site. I loved that place. I'm thinking maybe Oct or Dec this year. Good luck with the booking
Yep--We went twice this year(for probably what most people spend on one trip) and stayed at Pop both times. We really liked it, and with the AAA discount, it wasn't much more expensive than staying offsite, especially if you figure in the free transportation. I can't wait to go back!
I agree with everyone else. Book as soon as you can. We tried to add a party for our up coming reservation in July and could only get a non dolphin swim.
They allow you a courtesy change of date at no additional cost.
We've got ours booked for April next year, we did this so far in advance so we know that we're booked in there. Granted we're from the UK, so we can't just call up DC to book. I booked at the end of May for this one, didn't want to miss out
