How early can you debark in Port Canaveral?

We are going directly to WDW. It is early entry at MK that day. My BIL hopes we can make that. Is that impossible?

DH and I had early seating dinner so on the last morning breakfast is at 6 or 6:30 (I don't remember the exact time) and we were on the Mears van to WDW at 7:30. It is about an hour ride and then we went to check in at GF and it was off to MGM. We were probably there by 9:30 at the latest. If you are staying at a resort in the MK area you could hop on the monorail and be to the MK really fast after you check in at your resort. We had to wait for a bus at GF to get to MGM which took a little longer than the monorail does.
