How early can you choose your FP at the 60 day mark?

What is the earliest you can go online and choose FP at the 60 day mark? Can I go on-line at 12:01 am or do I have to wait till 7am when the call in line would open for the day. Do you pick three FP for each day of your visit or just certain days? We are still in triple digits but I like to be organized so just thought I would ask in advance.
