thanks for everyone's thoughts...

I just called Guest Services at Beach Club and was informed that I could check-in anytime that day (and when I asked specifically if I could check-in any time after midnight, she said "well, yes, you can"). I understand that you talk to different CMs at different times and you can get different answers, but this info., along with those of you who have mentioned that you have checked in at 6 and 7 am, has helped me at least tentatively plan our day.

(as i mentioned, i don't need the room itself until normal check-in time).

we will be in a similar boat. We will be and the SandD for the 31st and then need to checkin early at the Beach Club in the 1st so we can get our KTTK for the parks and dinning. I had plan to call when our check in date gets closer. We had plan to shoot for arrivng about 6:30 and trying to check in. I read on teh boards that the computers won't let you make roon keys untilaftr 7:00 am. Hopefully we can get everything else done except the keys and then at 7:00 we can get the keys.

We checked in to akl when we went sept. 12-16 at 6:50 am, got our tickets ,meal plan and room (upgraded at that) ...we have a ps at chef mickey at 8 am that is why we went to early but everything was ready so yeh you can check in and alot of the time a room is ready..if they say your room is not ready you can always ask if another room is ready and if it is they will put you in.just be nice about it.I have never had to wait for a room at disney and I have been a million times lol
