How early can you check in?

Right now we're going to stay at Pop for a Wed & Thurs night. I notice that during our time, Wed., Fri., and Sun. are Little Ones' Magic Hour. I believe this means it would start at 8am, the days we are there. My question is, could we possibly check into Pop at 6am? I realize it would be highly doubtful that we actually get into our room, but I'm just thinking if we were to check in early like that, we could do the LOMH possibly that first day (Wed). Luggage and such is not an issue, as we will have a rental car during our stay.

Sure, you can physically check-in, but they will give you a card with a number to call to check when your room is ready. They also won't tell you what room it actually is so you're not going up there yourself to check on the actual room, but they may tell you the building. Just like any other hotel it depends when the other guest checks out and they clean the room. You could get really, really lucky and the room may be open right away. But more than not, you'll have to call, check, and wait. We've done this many times....just never as early as 6AM!

Thanks everyone. Perhaps I'll have to make sure we're at "rope drop" for the check-in. I guess I shouldn't be too concerned about a line waiting to check in at that time though.




I am by no means a morning person, I'm just really excited about the LOMHs. My favorite thing on our trips is watching the reactions of DS (well I guess visiting France for dessert is up there also). Hopefully he'll be able to see Peter Pan, Captain Hook, or Mr. Smee.
