How early can we register the kids for the oceaneer club?

We will be sailing a 4-night cruise in May. I know my DW will be running off to book reservations at the Spa. How early can I register the kids for the club? I was thinking I could do this while DW is at the spa registration.

While she's making the spa ressies, you can check the kids in the club. It usually isn't that busy first thing. It gets busier afterwards.
