How Early Can We Enter MK...

With a 9:15 a.m. ressie to CP? MK opens at 9, and we would obviously love to stroll down Main St. taking pics before the rush begins. Could I get in at 8:45/8:50ish?

When I had a 9:10 ressie at CP a couple of months ago, they let us in when we arrived around 8:45. It was great, we were able to get some Castle pics for our Photopass without a sea of humanity around.

1) It all depends upon the CM at the turnstile.
2) They usually let you in 10-15 minutes before the ADR time.
3) If they hold to that guideline, you get in at 9:00am.
4) If they give a little, you might get in slightly earlier.
5) When you come back, let us know.

I agree with Rusty, It is usually 10 - 15 minutes early, which in your case would get you in at 9 - with everyone else.
You may be lucky, and you certainly can ask nicely and see what happens

Everytime we've had any ADRs for MK before or around opening we were allowed in as soon as we tried to get in. I've never even been asked for a confirmation number, name or anything. I'm sure it depends a bit on the CM, but in all our early MK ADRs I've never been asked anything. And two of those times were Thanksgiving week, so I don't think the time of year really makes a difference. Good luck. Walking down an almost empty main street is special.

Just wanted to add that normally when making ADRs you are asked to arrive around 15 minutes prior to your reservation time. They'd need to let you in earlier than 9 for you to be able to make it to your ADR the 15 minutes early they ask for.
