How Early Can I Make This Dessert?

I'm making a dessert for Thanksgiving. I have some time BEFORE Wednesday to make it, but wonder how early is TOO early...

It's a torte made with mostly Cool Whip, cream cheese, Jell-O chocolate pudding, raspberries, and Baker's chocolate. The thing is... The bottom and sides are all Nilla Wafers. I don't want them to get soggy.

If I made it tomorrow or Tuesday, kept it chilled, would that be good, or should I wait for Wednesday?

Once moisture hits those cookies, they will start to soften. In addition, the raspberries are liable to transfer their juice into the cool whip and 'bleed' the color.

If you don't want soggy cookies and want a perfect presentation, I would make it no more than 24 hours before you plan to serve it.

No it will be a soggy mess. The fresher the better!
