How early can I make a ressie on my 180 day?

So my 180 day falls on a work day and I would feel foolish to take the day off to get BOG ressie. How early can I go on line to make a ressie? If I get up at midnight for BOG on MDE would I be able to reserve?how early can I call in a Cinderella's table ressie? This is a trip for my 50th so I want to go to Royal Table having never been before. I feel that my other choices I could get later in the day but these are my 2 biggies.
