How early can I do a "manual" check in since online isn't working?

OK, so since I can't do online check in due to the new dysfunctional Disney website, what is the earliest I can do check in at the front desk? I may try to check in on my way to work that day, unless it would make me late. I'm absolutely furious that everything seems to be working for me on the new site except online check in! No amount of cookie and history deleting will take me back to the old site now.

I haven't done front desk check in for so long that I can't remember the timing, but I have to be at work very early in the morning, so I'm hoping I can make it work.

I think it may be 7am but don't quote me. I know we've moved over from A Sports and CSR to YC and GF before around 8am with no problems

I was afraid of that. I have to be at work at 5am. Well, I'll just have to hope they get the online check in straightened out in the next few days.

Have you tried check in with that website? When I was having trouble a cpl days ago, that worked for my online check in. I was mildly annoyed I couldn't do online check-in and sent a note to Disney to say so. the reply that came back suggested I use that url.

It worked.

I'm not sure if its the same for all resorts, but I read last night that it is 8am at Coronado Springs.

When I had problems earlier in the year I was told I had to log onto the US site, not the UK site that it automatically directs me to. I still have to do that to see my reservations but can get into it every time.
If it might be because you're not using the US site, try the following. At the bottom of your home page there is a drop down menu for the international sites. Select English-US and you may be able to access your reservations. It works for me.

Was also just given this website by tech support. Was able to do the check in but it's just a few generic requests now like ground floor and near transportation. But hey, it worked!

Just call and have them add anything more specific. Special requests with online check in hardly ever worked anyway and suggested calling.

When I called they pretty much told me to do online, I think they still have computer problems as well. At this point I'll see what we're given I know we'll be checking in early as we're moving over from the Dolphin, I can see what it looks like when I get an assignment. Not familiar with AKL, we'll see what happens since the resort is full

So glad it worked for you. I was kinda shocked it worked for me. It gave me an error at the end but then I got the email saying the online check-in was complete and I won't worry about it beyond that.

I can drive myself nuts with these things and ultimately .. I'll end up sleeping somewhere..
