How early can I add a dining plan to my DVC reservation for 2014?

I have a reservation booked for May, 2014, through the DVC member web-site. Does anyone know how early I can add the dining plan to the reservation? The web-site just says "Dining Plans not offered at this time" on the reservation details.

Once pricing is available for 2014, you can add a dining plan to a 2014 arrival dates.

Pricing for the 2014 dining plans have not been released yet. Once they are you can add it on.

If your concerned about reservations, you do not need to have the dining plan to make ADRs. About the price I would assume that will go up about the same percentage as the tickets did, 8-10% +/-

2014 packages were released today so they should have the prices available soon. Dining Plan prices were just increased for packages, so I would hope they are not increasing them again but would expect DVC to raise to the new prices.
