How dressy should we be?

We are headed into our first trip to Disney next week and we are traveling with 2 kids...I think the "nicest" place we are headed is Boma...do we need to dress for this restaurant? I know there are some really nice restaurants at Disney, and although Boma I am sure is nice, does my usband have to wear khakis and an oxford? Are shorts allowed? Any advice would be great!

Shorts and t-shirts are acceptable at MOST Disney restaurants with the exception of your signature establishments.

yeh you get a real mixture in the resort restaurants! I always liked to dress up nice to go out for dinner, but you see plenty of people who have headed straight from the parks in their shorts and tshirts. I suppose its easier if you are eating in your own resort for dinner as you can pop up to your room to freshen up and get changed.

We ate at Boma's last time and went there straight from the park...
I don't remember seeing anyone there who was really dressed up...We were in jeans, capris, and T-shirts!
