How does transfering points work?

Hey all,

We're looking at getting some additional points to stay in a two bedroom for our February trip and I was wondering how transfering points works. Are there any restrictions put on those points, etc? Any help would be greatly appreciated, I know you'll all have the answers for me. Thanks in advance.

You would post requesting the points that you need in the DVC Rentals spot.

The important thing when having points transferred to you is to make sure that they fit the vacation time that you want to take. When you get a hold of a partnber, I would suggest doing the transaction with the DVC with both of you on the line.

Also, point transfers cannot be reversed so proceed slowly.
