Ok so my daughter wants to sign up for the Jedi training.

We have an 8:15 adr for Hollywood and Vine and HS opens at 9am.

Can I go and sign her up before our adr?
 
Typically yes, they allow you to sign up before the ADR. Just proceed to the sign up area near Indiana Jones outpost and make sure to take your daughter with you.
