We'll be in Disney ( just decided and planned this week, late I know) 5/31-6/4. My TA booked this for me. Does it look OK? I've never done dining and only stayed off site so I never paid attention! Kids are 3 & 6.

5/31 6:40 pm Princess Storybook Dining at Akershus Castle

6/1 5:30 pm The Wave (Contemporary Hotel)

6/2 12:40 pm 50’s Prime Time Café (Hollywood Studios)
6/3 11:40 am Crystal Palace (Magic Kingdom with Pooh Bear and Friends)

Any quick service suggestions for us?We're staying at Coronado Springs and doing Epcot, MK, Hollywood Studios, MK, AK- leaving that day.

Looks good to me!:thumbsup2

Our favorite counter service is Cosmic Ray's at the Magic Kingdom. Are you doing counter service for both breakfast and lunch? :goodvibes

I'm so green and slightly clueless. I just know we have 1 table service and 1 quick service, so since we have TS reservations, I guess whenever else we need to eat it will be quick service! :) I didn't even have a single request to make for dining other than sneak me a charatcer meal or two in!
So, I'm trusting the TA or you guys to steer me differently if needed.

Your Table services sound great! As for counter service favorites are Cosmic Rays and Columbia Harbor House at the Magic Kingdom, Sunshine Seasons at Epcot and Flame Tree Barbecue at the Animal Kingdom. You can also do counter service at the Pepper Market and the Cafe Rix at the CSR as well as snacks at both.

Go to allears.net and they have menus for all the resort hotel restaurants, plus the park restaurants. I have spent alot of time looking through the menus, trying to decide which restaurants to go with. Allears.net also has restaurant reviews and a photo gallery. Based on CS recommendations from the disboards, we did the Flametree Barbque at AK, which was good and I absolutely loved the Pepper Market at CSR. Someone described it more like an international market cafe, which fits well, plus I couldn't believe some of the items were only 1 CS credit (for example I had grilled Tuna and it was fab)! I also liked the CS restaurant at the Contemporary, and ate CS at the Grand Floridian, it was fine for what we ordered. For some reason, we preferred eating our CS away from the parks so we made an effort to travel to the resorts for our CS's. Have fun on your trip.

Looks great -- couple of good character meals, The Wave is more "adult" ambiance (but plenty of kids there too, just not a kiddie feel to it) And then 50's Prime Time is just fun.

Counter service - Cosmic Rays in MK is great -- make sure your kids see the animatronic "out of this world" entertainer. Good place to share meals to stretch your credits, too. Get the chicken/ribs platter. Sunshine Seasons in lower level of The Land building at Epcot has wonderful made-to-order selections/desserts on the dining plan. Animal Kingdom, we like Flametree, but your kiddies would probably prefer Pizzafari. Hollywood Studios -- again, pizza: The Toy Story Pizza Planet place is very popular with kids.

If I were you I'd check out the menu for Akershus and make sure there is something you will eat. It's different and some people don't care for the food.

I think you should also look at the menu for the Wave. Its different but not as different as Akershus and it gets good reviews

I've only been to the Princess dinner and Crystal Palace, both were great! If you have daughters, they would LOVE the Princess dinner at Akershus. I know, I did :)

we did the princess dining at epcot and although the characters were great and my DD4 loved it. The food wasn't that great, but we are on the picky side. My DD didn't eat at all that week anyway, except at the the donald safari breakfast in AK. She was too busy looking for character's and the setting to care about the food. If your kids are into princess's then I would go regardless of the food. And hey you might like it, were all different, right?:rotfl:
