How does the PI interview process work

I understand that there are multiple interviews but I wanted to know the following.

1) who interviews you first,2nd and 3rd?

2) why types of questions are asked in each?

3) how long is the wait between interviews? and how do you know if you move on?
 
From personal experience and talking to other PIs here now every interview process is different.

Mine consisted of just a general interview. Some had a general interview, and then an conference call interview with managers.

It all depends on the PI you applied for.
 
That was how my last interview was set up. The first interview is more of a screening. They just asked me general questions and made sure I was qualified for the position that I was applying for. The second interview was the one with the manager. It was a conference call with two managers and asked specific questions on the position.

There is no set time that I know of for the wait process. They do have deadline dates that you will know if you have been accepted or not.

They asked me a lot of situational questions.

What would you do if you knew of a problem between two cast members.

How would you handle if a cast member wanted to become a manager.

Describe a situation where you handled guest services excellent.

Describe a situation where you provide outstanding leadership.

These questions aren't word for word, but the idea of what was asked.

what type of internship was this for?? Im guessing manager??
 
thanks for the reply.. I am trying to think if those questions will be asked for the positions I applied for (marketing)...I dont think they will since they are mostly management questions....Does anyone have any idea of what sort of Marketing questions will be posted?
 
Depends on the marketing position.

A person who's doing graphic design for marketing might get a completely different set of questions, then someone who put in for a project analyst job.

Ultimately, if you know Disney, and you know what you're apply for, it shouldn't be anything odd. A lot of the questions Disney asks are previous experience based/situational.
 
well im def. not graphic design (thats my sister)...I am more into the positions which intend to drive demand to parks and resorts and apply creative ways in accomplishing it. Any potential questions I might receive in an interview?
