How does the Magical Express work?

Hi all,

Thank you all for your help with planning my vacation! How does the magical express work? We are two weeks out from vacation and haven't received anything yet? Thanks for your help

We got our luggage tags from our TA about 2 weeks before departure...but I read that people that went directly through disney got them about 3 weeks prior. After that we just followed the directions provided and arrived at the bus area and checked in at the desk. They told us where to go for our bus and we waited about 10 minutes until loading. We then waited about 10 more minutes before departure. Unfortunately we were going to 4 resorts and ours (WL) was the last. It probably took 90 min to get to our resort. The service was well run and organized. There was an entertaining video on the bus that made the trip seem shorter.

Magical Express was great!! We also got our tags about 2 weeks before our trip. It was so nice to get off the plane and go straight to the line for the ME bus! Our plane landed at 2:40 and we were checking in at ASMovies by 4:00. We went on to MK and when we got back to the hotel all of our luggage was there waiting for us, as promised. Departure was just as easy. They left a ME packet for us the night before we left hanging on our door knob giving us the time to be at the bus stop. Our departure time was 7:00, our flight was at 10. We checked in and got our boarding passes at the front desk. ME arrived promptly. There was only us and one other party on the bus. I would have to say the drivers are a lot of fun and definitely add to the magic!!!

ME is awsome! Unfortunately due to some wierd glitch in their computer system, we did not receive any tags and they could not send them to us due to time constraints. But...they did retrieve all 9 of our bags and safely delivered them to our room.
