We are thinking about the DVC. How does the plan work? We pay for points up front and then also pay a monthly dues?

How would I handle 200 points?

How long or how do I pay it?

I understand the point usage. Just want to know some up front number/prices...

Amount for downpayment and how long do I pay?

Simple. Buying direct from DVC $104 per point less the discount $8 per point for AKV & $10 per point for SSR. Financing can be thru DVC or on your own. Down payment is 10% or more if you want. Dvc financing is up to 10 years without penality for prepayment.
