How does the Dolphin sleep 5?

Just wondering why the Dolphin has only double beds but can sleep 5, but the Swan with queen beds has a limit of 4. Is there a sofa/day bed in the Dolphin? Is it a square footage thing?

We have stayed at both, and I believe the rooms are slightly larger at Dolphin. (we slept 5 comfortably with a childs size roll away)
We have stayed there several times, and to be honest I never noticed the beds were double. I always thought they were queen?
Must have been the fact they were Heavenly beds that made them seem larger!

I would presume that the fire code regulations at the Dolphin is different that the Swan. I think that I read the the sq footage at the Dolphin is 340 sq ft, the same as WL where ther is a 4 per room max.
