We are thinking of buying a home with the plan of visiting 3 or 4 times a year and renting it the rest of the year and then eventually moving there.

We want something close enough to to Disney to appeal to renters but a little further out to avoid some of the tourist crowd. I have been looking and I think we want to spend no more than $225,000 but I have seen many homes under $200,000 that appealing.

We just stayed at High Grove for the third time. It's at the intersection of 192 and 27. The houses are nice and some are in the <200,000 range. My DH looked on Zillow to check some of the pricing on the homes for sale.

The house we rent is owned by a UK citizen and has very nice furnishings and amenities. The owner was there the day we arrived so we were able to meet his family... they were finishing up a three week vacation. His house looks like it is fully rented for the summer months... and reviews of the rentals in High Grove are very positive.
