How Does Same-Day FP+ Return Time Work?

Hi. After my original FP+ run out and I get same day fp+, do I select my return time or is it automatically selected as the next available?

I'd like to try to get one for test track with an evening return time. We may leave the park for a few hours and it would be nice if I could get a return time for when we come back.

Also, what's the most same-day FP+ that anyone has gotten (ie: after their first 3 fp+ run out)

If you are using a kiosk, select your attraction from the choice that pops up on the screen. Then, using the app, Modify > Change to move the FP to a better time.

That way you leave the kiosk area and have more time to select a time that meets your needs.

In addition to Hiro's excellent (as always) response, don't get your hopes up about getting TT as a fourth FP. It happens, but not often.

But even if you don't get it at a kiosk, grab something else, then try the modify trick to see if it becomes available later.

Yea. I know it's a gamble. Hoping by noon in late August we might get lucky.

And improving the odds are a few potential factors by August...

- Soarin' should be reopened
- Frozen may be pulling lots of those Tier 1 people
- You should be able to make the fourth FP on the app by then, as that is slated to start in April
