My package comes with a Photopass certificate.

Near as I can figure out, this means we can have our photo taken throughout the parks, and that my family back home will be able to log on and see our photos while we're away.

My husband says no, this is a scam to get us to buy some photos. :confused3

Well yes it is so that you will buy more photos but you don't have to .

Take your PP card and get your pics taken around the parks & with the Characters .Get as many as you want .

Then if you have a lot you can have them put on a CD ( $99 )at the end of your trip and get them printed yourself.Or view them on-line and buy ( 5X7 $15 each) .

Now we did it as we get a Meet & Greet free one from Epcot through Disney Visa .As well as the free one On-line when we get home .

You don't have to buy anymore no hard sale at all to get your free one.

Now you can get your PP pics taken then hand them your camera and they will take that as well ( So all are in the pics).

I hope this helps take your free one it is really free.

You can get a photopass card free from any of the photographers. Do you get a free picture with your package?

My niece & I took 9 pictures last month, most were duplicates of the ones I had taken with my own camera. There was one near the rose garden in front of the castle that was really nice, so I added a border and bought two 5 x 7's for $12.95 each plus shipping (about $28 total).

I'm still wondering...when we receive this photopass, can I call my mom and tell her the photopass number and have her go online at home to set up the account/password? Then can she see photos while we're at the park that week if she logs in?

Or will photos not be online until we check out or later?

I've read of folks being able to see them from their room with their computer each night so you should be able to give your mom the Photopass number on the back of your Photopass card you first get when you have a photo taken and she'll be able to see them.

You will get one free with your certificate and then from there you can decide if you want to buy any more or if you want them all you can decide to buy the Photopass CD. I never take enough to make the CD worth it for us so I usually just buy a couple when I get home. Its so convenient now!
