We are early 40's and are taking our daughter, 13 yr. old and son, 10 yr. old (both..well, all of us are foodies and aren't afraid to try pretty much anything)! This is the first trip to WDW since my son was 3! We've been a total of 5 times, but it's been a while since our last trip!!!
We are staying at POFQ starting on 9/7 for 8 nights. We are going to both night of NOJ and are not going into the parks until we are able to go with our NOJ tickets.
Here is my dining plan...I am open to any suggestions!!!

Lunch - CS lunch at Downtown Dis. Wolfgang Puck Express-- or Bongo Express
"dinner" - Use 2 snack credits (or plug in CS) at MK while at NOJ (First concert this night that we must see starts at 7:45) -- There are possibilities of moving thing around with this day!!! -- (see AK day and Boma or switch one of the CS for another TS)
Saturday 9/8
"b-fast" Snack -- at hotel
Lunch 1:40 at DTD --Paridiso 37
First concert at NOJ that we must see starts at 7:30
dinner - CS - 1 in MK probably Columbia Harbour House
Sunday 9/9 - MK

and cs for dinner...probably Cosmic Rays Starlight Cafe

Hoop De Doo -- Arrive around 6:30 -- This is a MUST -- because my kids will love the cheesy slap stick show! We did this with my daughter before my son was born and it was great!
