How does Mickey's Halloween Party compare to MNSSHP?

Been to MNSSHP several times and Love it! Now living in OC & have SoCal AP and thinking of going to DL Halloween Party.

If you loved it there you will love it here. Basically they are the same. The one weakness MHP has in comparison is the parade, it's called a cavalade and is smaller/shorter. Other than that it's about the same just in a different place. A DL strenght is that it does special attraction layovers, but these are crowded at the parties so see them on another day. Space Mountain gets a overlay for the whole Halloween Season, and Haunted Mansion gets one for Halloween through the Holidays.
