How does guest call to check reservation?

I just called MS today myself to check on a reservation a wonderful DVC'er made for me with their points. Just give the toll-free MS# to your renter and when the CM asks for the DVC#, they just have to say a friend made their reservation for them and they're just checking to make sure everything's all set. They will verify the renter's name, which should be on the ressie. The CM can verify the dates, people staying, and any requests that might be on the ressie.
