How does DCA early opening for resort guest work?

Has anyone staying at a Disney resort hotel done the early entry yet? I know that they were supposed to open up Ariel for resort guest at 9:30am. I'm curious about the logistics and how it has been working out.

I was under the impression that all guests were allowed to enter at 9:30 for sorin and LM...but I could be wrong.

I would like to know this as well since we are going to be staying at PPH next week. But then I thought the park usually opened at 9:30 anyway for Soarin for pretty much everyone??? Do they let everyone else go on Soarin and then hotel guests get WOC fp and go on LM? Would be very curious to know. TIA for anyone who may know this.
