Are they "on-site" or do you still have to take a bus to get your car? Thanks!

We are renting from them next month, they are onsite. The rest of my family is renting from Thrifty it gave them the best deal on a minivan and they are off site.

But are the cars right there, or do you have to take a bus to go and actually pick up the car?

The cars are there you do not take a bus or shuttle. That is what On site means with rental car companies.

Actually, there are "on site" "desks", with the cars being located a bit farther out, and you do have to take a bus, which is why I asked in the first place.

Not to worry, the cars are right there. You exit from the rental car counter, walk across the street and the cars are parked in the garage.

Very simple.
