How does a non member rent at Bonnet Creek

We also used www.vacationtimesharerentals.com for our recent stay there.

It really is a great resort and the location is awesome...so is the extra space.

I've seen pretty good rates for Bonnet Creek on www.redweek.com. You have to be member to contact the renters and read the reviews, but you can check for rental prices without being a member. I think the membership is $9.95 for 6 months and $15.95 for a year.

I am new to renting a timeshare. Are there any tips I should know. Do you have to do this a long time in advance, and how do we know when we send our money that we actually have a unit to rent?
