How do you walk on water?

You used to be able to do it with a quest kiosk but they fixed it.
Supposedly, you can do it by walkin gout of the water the same time as someone else then stepping back really fats but that has never worked for me.
I think now if you do, it's just a lucky bug.

I think they fixed that bug ( not very sure ).
They did fix the bug.. but random times it works for people.
