How do you use Photoshop to make T-Shirts???

Hi everyone
I was looking thru some T-Shirt Designs that people have made for their Disney Trips and a lot of them say they use photoshop to make them, where in the world do you get the Disney Art from, I have this program, but I wouldn't have a clue where to start, you people are talented....
