How do you use a code with online booking?

Can anyone tell me how you put a code in, when you are doing online booking?

I don't believe you can. I think you actually have to call and talk to someone.

If you are talking about a pin code that gets mailed to you, then you need to call. If you are talking about a general discount code offered to the public, disney will usually have a link on their web site to go to a reservation page to reserve rooms using that discount. Sometimes it can be a rotating ad that you need to watch for on the page, but if there is a public code, there will be a place to use it on the web site.

I was already able to apply the code (on the phone) to our existing ressie. But I thought I would check what was available and pricing for a possible upgrade. But I didn't want to take up a CM's time, so I thought I would play around on line.

I don't understand WDW website. For a company this big I would think the web site would be updated ASAP and have limited issues. Am I asking too much??

why would they update it asap
they can get more money from us if they dont
I can only imagine how many people pay full price
some think they are getting a discount and really dont!

Disney doesn't update right away. I don't think alot of people even realize that they offer such great codes so they end up paying full price.

I think they will list it on their website within a week.

It actually IS online now. If you go to Tickets & Reservations, choose Special Offers. It comes up as the fall promotion. So, you can go in and see what's available. I found WL available (when it wasn't this morning), so I'm on hold again.
