It's absolutely possible to be both pleasant, and wise.

So true! I think the CM's at the world are much smarter than that, I couldn't treat them that way. I don't think it will be long before this girls friends figure out the way things are with her either unfortunately.

I think this thread is a reminder based on the responses saying it's ok to use your kids by having them acting cute and etc, that if you really want a specifc room at WDW to make a reservation for it and not trying for a free upgrade. When they happen because the computer says they should, isn't that better then using your kids as bait?
