Each day as I get ready to leave, I open a desk drawer and dust my hands into it. It's my way of dropping off "work" and leaving it there until the next work day. It's kinda odd to some people, but it works for me. Just a physical act that helps me let things go so I don't dump it on the family. (Not that it always works.MagicKingdom05 said:Tigger_Magic,
I like that with work. Regardless how bad or good that day was, once I walk out the door for the day whatever happened is left at the office.

I told my husband my New Years resolution for this year was to take up smoking and drinking so I could cut back on some of my stress!
