I like my coffee sweet (cannot drink it black). My father used to say to me "how about a little coffee with your sugar?"

For many years now I've used artificial sweetener (Truvia) and sugar free flavored coffee creamer. I'd like to rid myself of the artificial sweeteners, and use something more natural, but with zero calories. Does any such thing exist?

We only use chobani coffee creamer. Not sugar free, but only a few ingredients. Once you use it, it is hard to go back to other creamers that taste like chemicals.

I use equal so cannot help with the natural sweetener thing, but I have heard that it's all about getting used to less sugary sweetness. Supposedly, you won't notice it if you gradually use less, slowly, like one less packet every two weeks. I haven't actually tried it because I don't actually care enough to try. God bless those who drink black coffee, I need real cream and equal to enjoy the taste. I do so love the smell of coffee....

I use a quick glug of an Atkins protein shake, if I'm feeling like sweetened coffee.

I do brew my coffee at times with some good cinnamon and nutmeg, so it's sweeter already.

Maybe some heavy whipping cream with some good vanilla mixed in?

Raw sugar, whether turbinado or muscovado, is simply less processed than white sugar. It's as calorie-laden as white sugar by weight, maybe less so by teaspoonful since the crystals are often larger than granulated white sugar.

If you're looking for zero carbs or calories, you won't get either from raw sugar. The label pretty much says it. It's sugar.

Truvia is a brand name for a stevia-based sweetener. Stevia is an herb so more natural than the other artificial sweeteners.

Truvia is heavily processed and adds some other stuff that may make it questionable over a stevia extract that is only the herb in alcohol, for instance.

You're probably better off sticking with Truvia, in short, unless you want to try some natural foods store stevia extracts or powders which are likely to be less processed with fewer additives.

Not sure if this answers your question, but I use Cold Stone Creamery Coffee Creamer. One or two hits will do it.
