How do you split your holidays?

I don't. I don't like to travel anywhere for a holiday, but family and/or friends who wish to come here are welcome. I'm not totally "bah, humbug) over holidays, but I've kind of had my fill of the huge family thing.

Last year, my sister-in-law and nephew were here for Thanksgiving and for Christmas we drove down to Epcot for the day.

This year, we're expecting my 21yo grandson for Thanksgiving and then my daughter, granddaughter, and same grandson for Christmas. The last I heard was that they would be staying with us and having dinner with the ex-wife wherever she and her husband are staying with their RV near here. I expect we'll spend the day in Epcot again. Epcot makes me happy.

We alternate Holidays. This year Easter with the inlaws - Mother's Day my Family - Father's Day with the inlaws - Thanksgiving my family - Christmas with the In-laws(Christmas Eve with my family then)

Next year it flips. Works great for DH and I - not so great for the in-laws who think we should be with them every holiday and to heck with my family....
