How do you save at Best Buy?

I'm curios on how do you save on Best Buy store? I know they send some coupons from time to time, but their website seems to be so full of deals, I don't know which one is good, which one not.

So, how do you save on Best Buy? Coupons, codes, gift cards?

On cutting edge electronics and such, generally speaking, you decide if the price is something you're willing to pay.

On appliances however, look for open box, floor models, discontinued items, etc. I've made out pretty well like that on a washing machine among other smaller items.

This is why we love best buy. We save a little but this is what we like
1. they will price match other stores. We've seen things at sam's and costco that are cheaper. Dh takes a picture of item and price and goes over to Best buy.

2. we like the insurance. dd cracked her laptop and they replaced it no problems. another time something happend where image was showoing up funny. They replaced it with a new screen. Her stero cd stopped working she got another one no hassles

3. dh will get reward coupons once in a while

4. we LOVE that they have no finance charge offers 6 months, 12 month ,
18 months. We make monthly payment and make sure it paid off my promo end.

Basically you just need to know what is or isn't a good price on what you're looking for. They do price match and in my experience their customer service is better than any of their competitors in my area, and for me being able to touch/use a new tech-toy before buying is essential. I also really appreciate their Reward Zone program - my tablet and gaming purchases for Christmas will pay for the movie for a late-winter family night a few weeks from now.
