How do you request a quiet room at AofA?

Is there an email or phone number to use when trying to request a quiet room at AofA?

I have three very light sleepers and am hoping for a room in a quiet area.

Is it too late to request this--we arrive Oct 19?

I'm going to assume you are staying in the Little Mermaid section and not in a suite, right? If so....I wouldn't worry. I've stayed in the LM several times now and have yet to have any noise issues. The last time (in early June) we got a ground level room, facing the Little Mermaid pool! I thought, okay, here we go...bring on the noise!! Nope, it didn't happen. It was just as quiet there as it was in a room facing the parking lot!!
You can call whomever you booked your room through and ask to have a 'quiet area' added to your reservation, but it's nothing I would really worry about.

We are actually in a LK suite, and I booked it online through Disney.com so I'm not sure who to contact.

Call the central reservations line at 407-934-7639

Give them your confirmation number and tell them you would like to add a room request to your reservation. Make your request as "quiet area" as goofy4tink suggested. This is the preferred way to make any room requests.

Just got back from a week at AofA. Fabulous hotel. Gorgeous, great food, amazing time!!

The bell services, however, were an outright nightmare. Had a really bad experience with them and missing items, and would like to email and let the hotel manager know what occured.

Anyone know how to reach him/her via email (I want to have documentation of the complaint)?

TIA!

We loved our LK suite but our one complaint was the noise from the nightly movies. They were right outside our room and kept up us a couple times. Not sure if they still play them there though? And, we are fairly early to bed people so it might not be an issue for you.

Hey enjoy the noise!
Seriously, I would think LM facing the lake would be pretty quiet. Actually, and room not facing any pool should be fine.
Enjoy!!!!!:goodvibes

We were on the 4th floor in a Finding Nemo suite, facing the pool, and did not have a problem with noise at all. We didn't hear a thing.

The only noise that bothered us in AoA was from our own plumbing. We could not flush after our kids went to bed.
