How do you Rent out point to pthers

Greetings,

Well, two days after my DW & I return from our first trip home, we found out we are expecting our first child (after two years of trying)
With that im ind we do not anticipate using our point banked point from 2002. (we borrowed from 2003 for our trip last week)
Can anyone help me out on what the procedure is for renting out points to others? (besides listing the point ons the DVCr rent boards)

Basically, you'll simply make a reservation in the name of the person renting from you and collect whatever is agreed upon from them for the reservation.

You are free to set any policy you wish regarding cancellation. All aspects are bewteen parties as DVC will not offer any assitance with the transaction.

I simply made a ressie in the name of the other person and had them send me a check. If the check had bounced I would have cancelled the ressie. Everything was completely smooth and it was fun to hear how the vacations went.
