How do you recognize an outstanding cast member interaction?

I witnessed one of the most outstanding cast members at Soaring on my recent trip to Epcot. I would like to commend him to a supervisor. How could I go about doing this after the fact?

You can email your experience to guest services. Put as much info as you can regarding where and when you witnessed the interaction.

if you are still at a park go to Guest Services and ask to fill out CM form. turn it back to them and it will get to his supervisor and him. know it does not sound like much but trust me it will mean much to him. I do not have the Email address for Guest Services but it can also be done that way

If you’re on twitter, you can tweet your compliment to @ wdw today (sorry for the spacing it kept trying to tag people) and they will pass it down to the CM and sometimes even post a picture of them holding your tweet!

If you have a Twitter account, you can Tweet the info to @WDWToday with info, the CM’s Name, and #CastCompliment.

The info and a Thank You certificate is sent to the Manager of the CM’s department and a presentation is made to the CM. A photo of the CM w/the certificate is then Tweeted back to you.
