I use this recipe on flank steak, but it could be used on London broil.
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 garlic clove, crushed
1 teaspoon ginger
a couple of shakes of crushed red pepper flakes
a couple of shakes of dried minced onion.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a zip loc bag and add meat. Marinate for at least 6 hours, grill or broil and slice meat against the grain.
