How do you plan your days with the new EMH?

I am having trouble planning days for our Dec 16th - Dec 21st trip. When we first started taking Disney trips we used early entry. Always went at slow times of the year and wanted the extra hour. Now that we have been so many times we started following the day after EE plan. I am not sure how to plan days with the am EMH and pm EMH. What has worked for you? Our goal is to avoid crowds! We always park hop and usually take a break during the day. Any help would be appreciated!

We found that for the most part that the morning EMH went well, however the evening EMH's were usually very crowded, with the exception of AK. I have seen many posts that state that going to a park the day after it has had evening EMH has worked out real well for them. Have a great time.

I still use the early EMH I like getting there early and getting a few of the major attractions done.
My trip in June the evening emh parks were too crowded, I did not bother staying.
I will use the early hour again this December, but I'm not sure about the evenings. Maybe just play it by ear, go to the parks, if they are too crowed, I'll just leave
