How do you place a complaint with disney ??

We returned from a visit and I have been unable to contact Disney directly with a problem we had. Does anyone know how to contact them..all there websites are for problems with purchases. I have a different problem. Should I just call the hotel directly ?? the theme park??

Does your problem have to do with a resort hotel? I hope you tried to address the problem there first, before contacting WDW Customer Service. I know from personal experiece that results are not always met this way, but then you have some more "substance" to handle your complaint, especially if a resolution doesn't occur during your stay. Try doing a web search for "contact Disney" or "disny complaints." Good luck and BTW....

this has worked for me -

make sure to include as many details (date, time, location, etc) and end it with a way to contact you (phone #)

wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com
