How do you pick a hotel??

OP said she has 5 and Priceline only lets you put in 4. I know, we are a family of 5!

Of course...doesn't work for 5 unless you're willing to get two rooms (maybe when the kids are teenagers and need more space). In that case, it seems sticking with a chain you're comfortable with makes the most sense.

I can tell you where NOT to stay!!! We went 2 years ago and booked the Quality Inn Lord Paget--what a dump! They didn't even come in and clean the room or make the beds one of the nights!! It was just nasty there! We then stayed at a holiday inn the next year and it was great!
