How do you pay for Appetizers when on dining plan?

Looking at a lot of the menu's I know my wife and daughter will want one so how do I pay for it?

Even when you are on a DP, you are presented with a bill for gratuity and beverages (that are not already included). If you order anything beyond what the DP covers, those charges will appear on that bill as well.

This happens to us at Le Cellier where I always get the soup and we get drinks and also at Biergarten too.

We have just paid OOP with a debit or gift card for those charges.

Cash, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Stored Value Cards (with American Express, MasterCard or Visa logo), Disney Gift Cards, Traveler's Cheques, Disney Resort Cards (KTTW), Vouchers.

I think they also accept Wampum at Artist Point and Cowrie Shells at 'Ohana.
