How do you pack?

Are you a roller or a folder?

I've always wondered if the rolling really worked.

I voted roll... however it completely depends on what I am taking and what kind of bag I am packing it in (rolling suit bag, duffle, suitcase).

Side note... I don't think I save a ton of room by rolling instead of folding when its in a suit case and I know that I don't in my suit bag.

I never roll, it creates a lot of wrinkles! I fold, and for my blouses I fold in some tissue paper, which keeps them from creasing badly.

I roll carefully and don't get any more wrinkles than when I used to fold for packing. Heavier stuff at the bottom of the suitcase, personals in a zip lock. In any case, I usually pack clothing with a synthetic blend so that they don't get very wrinkled. I hate to iron so it's really important for me to to have clothing that doesn't wrinkle much.

I generally take token gifts when I travel and after they are gone out of my bag I have room for purchases. I ALWAYS buy clothing whenever I travel so I end up wearing what I purchase.

I pack everything by day in zip loc bags. Works wonders! Rolling just takes too much space and everything ends up more wrinkled. Too much ironing to do!
