How do you pack differently for FW vs other trips?

This will be our first time camping at FW. I'm just wondering what things you pack as "extra" for FW that you wouldn't bring on other trips--and on the other side what things do you not take that you usually do.

For me, I'm thinking meal planning should be easier because we will eat out vs having to plan all of our meals at the camp site.
But we will have to be more careful in our clothes packing since we will be going to the parks. Typically I don't care how we dress while camping, and I don't wear make up and stuff....but to be seen in "public" ...well that will be a little different :)

The *main* thing we do is *not* pack groceries. We bring coffee, sodas, and a few snacks (mainly for on the road), but that's it!

I *do not* cook at FW - takes too much of my time from the parks, plus we enjoy the different restaurants. :woohoo:

We pack germ lotion, sun protection, ponchos. We're around a lot of people, in the sun or rain to the parks we go.

We pack as many Mickey lights as possible. The Fort is all about showing your Mickeys.

I make sure that I have a bit of extra of every consumable that we might use up-paper towels, soap, etc. Once we are at Disney, I do not want to make a grocery run, and I refuse to pay the prices at the store.

Are you going with small children? When my kids were little I would pack each days outfit in a ziplock bag (storage size). In each bag I would put a pair of shorts, shirt, socks and undies. That way each morning they didn't have to wait for me to lay out clothes and I didn't have to stress that they had "public" approved clothes (I also could care less when we go on regular camping trips... But there are so many photo ops at Disney, ya gotta look good!).

As far as food was concerned we would do quick breakfasts in the RV and the rest we would eat in the parks. I keep a few dinners in the freezer as back ups in case we felt like chilling at the Fort and eating a meal or two in.

Have fun!
