How do you ordering park merchandise??

My friend wanted to purchase a shirt at the mummy ride, we figured we do it on the way out since he saw it first thing of the day. Of course we got off rock it with 5 mins to spare. And forgot about the shirt. I'd like to surprise him with it, but I haven't found a way to get it.
Does universal do anything like Disney for ordering park merchandise over the phone??
 
I would really like to know this too. We were there in June and got those pin trading lanyards with the clear zippered id holder to hold our room keys and are now planning a trip with my mom and I would like to see if I can order her one as a surprise for a goody bag I am putting together for her.
 
I don't know of any phone ordering system but I could be wrong.

I just got off the phone with Universal Merchandise Dept and they are going to help me out with my order! The lady I spoke with was so helpful and she said that they do this all the time. So the answer to the question is yes, Universal does offer a shopping service like Disney!

They will only research and ship items you have seen and can describe in detail to them what it is. There isn't a list or catalog you can see. This service is for people who were in the parks, saw an item they wanted and either forgot to go back and buy it, they need additional quantities of the item or they need to replace an item they bought that got damaged.
